Terms and refunds

Plain version. The checkout provider's terms (Whop or Paddle) also apply to the payment itself.

Digital products (the kit)

Licensed for a single operator on any machines they personally run. No redistribution. Refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, by replying to your receipt. Updates for the product line named on the listing are included.

Services (setup, rescue, care plan, bots, video)

Scope is what the listing says and what we confirm in writing before starting. Setups are redone at no charge if the agent is not running at handover. Rescue is refunded if we cannot fix the problem. Care plans and bot hosting bill monthly and cancel any time; the current month is not prorated. Video work includes the revision rounds stated on the listing; extra rounds are quoted.

Access and data

You give us the least access needed (a limited SSH user, a scoped API key). We do not keep credentials after handover, and we do not sell, share, or train on anything we see. Ask us to delete our copies of your material at any time.
